Guidance

Scene Assessment

  • If an incident occurs and there is a chance of injury, dial 911 immediately

  • All personnel not involved in the emergency response should be kept from the scene

  • Determine if the incident involves hazardous materials

  • Determine if there are any injuries

  • Determine if there has been any release of fuels from the vehicles involved in the incident

  • If an incident occurs without injury but property not owned by Flexjet is damaged, contact the local police department’s non-emergency number to initiate a police report. If only Flexjet property is damage and no other parties are involved, follow the notification guidelines below

Notification

  • When safely able to do so, notify direct supervisor. If unable to make contact with direct supervisor contact next leader in succession or Corporate Safety at 216.797.8170

  • The leadership that is notified must submit an incident report via www.oneskysafety.com or the link below.

Information Gathering

Please be sure to get the following information

  • Police report number

  • Insurance information of other vehicles (if applicable)

  • Property information such as hotel name and manager name (if applicable)

  • Photos of scene and damage
