Scene Assessment

If an incident occurs and there is a chance of injury, dial 911 immediately

All personnel not involved in the emergency response should be kept from the scene

Determine if the incident involves hazardous materials

Determine if there are any injuries

Determine if there has been any release of fuels from the vehicles involved in the incident

If an incident occurs without injury but property not owned by Flexjet is damaged, contact the local police department’s non-emergency number to initiate a police report. If only Flexjet property is damage and no other parties are involved, follow the notification guidelines below
Notification

When safely able to do so, notify direct supervisor. If unable to make contact with direct supervisor contact next leader in succession or Corporate Safety at 216.797.8170

The leadership that is notified must submit an incident report via www.oneskysafety.com or the link below.
Information Gathering
Please be sure to get the following information

Police report number
-
Insurance information of other vehicles (if applicable)
-
Property information such as hotel name and manager name (if applicable)
-
Photos of scene and damage
